Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), beginning January 1, 2020, California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” of “personal information,” as those terms are defined by the CCPA. In the course of our business, we receive personal information about California consumers in order to, among other things, provide them with dating and matchmaking services. In the past 12 months, we have not “sold” the personal information we have collected about California consumers to provide these dating and matchmaking services. However, we collect other data about visits to our websites and advertisements, and we have “sold” such data to third party partners in the past 12 months. To opt out of the “sale” of this subset of personal information to third parties, please follow the instructions in the “How to Exercise Your Right to Opt-Out of Personal Information Sale” section below.
Certain exemptions apply to the right to opt out of personal information sale. For example, the CCPA does not apply to information that has been aggregated and/or de-identified such that it could not reasonably be used to identify you. It also does not apply to information that we share with third-party service providers in order for them to perform certain business functions for us.
If you would like to opt out of the sale of your personal information, you or your authorized agent or representative may email us at donotsellmyinformation@ijlcorp.com or contact us via mail at the following address:
